Summer Activity Challenge

We’re launching the Summer Activity Challenge to encourage active bodies and minds over the summer months! To kick things off, Frey Shihan read the Can Do Karate Kid book by Jenifer Tull-Gauger of Arizona’s East Valley Martial Arts in class.

The goal is to spend 15 hours reading, writing, or practicing karate between now and mid August.

Every kid who meets the goal gets a Can Do Karate Kid bookmark. Whoever has the most minutes gets a bookmark and a United Ryukyu Kempo Alliance or Wasenshikan shirt.

We’ll celebrate our hard work at the end of summer!
